1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, running our automated signal panels, or connecting API keys to Exness, Quotex, or MT5, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not access our software tools.
2. License & Scope of Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform dashboard. You agree not to copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute our proprietary neural networks or code structures.
3. No Financial Advice Disclaimer
AeroTrader Pro-AI is an educational software provider. Our signals, AI reasoning notes, and copy-trading parameters do not constitute financial advice. All trades are executed entirely at your own risk.
4. Billing, Fees & Subscriptions
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. All payments are final, non-refundable, and automatically process unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal cycle.
5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for setting appropriate trading scopes, risk ratios, slippage bounds, and safeguarding your Metatrader 5 / API credentials. We hold no access or control over your capital.
6. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall AeroTrader Global Neural Systems be liable for any direct or indirect trading losses, balance liquidation, network downtime, or execution latencies caused by python connector setups.
